Booking requests

When you send a booking request, your name, phone number, the service and times you chose and any notes go to Deanna by email, so she can contact you to confirm your appointment. The website doesn't keep a copy.

Please share only what Deanna needs to know for your appointment. She keeps your request only as long as she needs it to look after your bookings.

Saving your name and phone

If you tick "Save my name and phone on this device", your name and phone number are stored in your own browser for one year, so the form can fill them in next time. They stay on your device and aren't sent anywhere until you send a request. To remove them, untick the box and send a request, or clear your browser's site data.

Visit counts

This site uses Fathom Analytics and Google Analytics to count visits and learn which pages people find useful.

Fathom doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you. Google Analytics uses cookies to tell new visits from returning ones, and Google receives general details such as your device type and rough location. You can turn Google Analytics off with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

When you send a booking request, both tools count it with the total of the services and add-ons you chose, and nothing else: never your name, phone number, notes, or the day and time you asked for.

Your booking details are never sold

Your booking details are never sold or shared with anyone else.
