Note: it is recommended that you bring a clean scarf with you to shield your skin from the winter cold air, hot sun and wind. Also be sure to put a clean pillow case on your pillow before going to bed.

How much does microneedling cost at Skin Deep Aesthetics?
Pricing depends on the treatment area. Face is $300, Face and Neck is $350, and Face, Neck and Decollete is $425. I also offer targeted treatments for the Eyes ($120), Upper Lip ($120), or Neck ($120) on their own. A package of three Face sessions is available for $750. Celluma LED light therapy can be added to support healing: 15 minutes for $30 or 30 minutes for $50.

How many microneedling sessions will I need?
For most concerns, I recommend three to six sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. This gives your skin time to produce new collagen and elastin between treatments. The number of sessions depends on what we are addressing; fine lines and texture may respond in fewer sessions, while deeper scarring or significant sun damage may benefit from the full series. We will build a plan together based on your goals.

Is microneedling painful?
Most clients describe the sensation as a mild prickling or vibration. Some areas of the face are more sensitive than others, but overall the treatment is very manageable. I check in with you throughout and adjust as needed.

What does microneedling help with, and what is the downtime?
Microneedling creates tiny micro-channels in the skin that stimulate your body's natural collagen and elastin production. It is effective for fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, enlarged pores, uneven texture, stretch marks, and overall skin rejuvenation. After the treatment, some pinkness and mild swelling is normal and typically resolves within 24 to 48 hours. Most clients feel comfortable returning to their regular routine the next day, but keeping in mind that excessive heat and skincare products must be avoided for two days following the treatment.
